New kitchen windows and balcony doors in the low-rise building

We have ordered new kitchen windows and balcony doors for all apartments in the low-rise building.

The change will take place during the fourth quarter of this year by Mockfjärds, who has finished the measurements in August. Week 43 (starting October 24) materials are delivered at the beginning of the week and in the middle of the week, installation will begin in the apartments. In the current time plan, the installation will be completed during week 46 and inspection will take place in week 48.

Each visit will be notified directly by Mockfjärds for each apartment with information on preparations_and details for access as well as contact details for questions. Important! If you are not at home on the current days, you must put a key in the doortube otherwise we may be invoiced additional costs.

We do this to get better economy for heating and a better the noise level. Kitchen windows and balcony doors in the low-rise building are the only windows that are still original from 1962, all others have been replaced earlier.

The windows and balcony door will have pre mounted blinds and function as the existing ones. However, the balcony door will be in full glass. Full glass provides both better light input and is safer against burglary.
