The condo has made a large investment in our incoming district heating central at Spelvägen 1. It has now been completely replaced with a new and modern facility. We have thus been able to disconnect the former sub-centre located in Spelvägen 13.
If your radiators hiss or make noise, they may contain air. Another common sign is that radiators are warm at the bottom but cold at the top or that only one side of the radiator is warm or that it is cold in the apartment. The reason for this maneuver is that the association wanted to ensure the distribution of heat to the association, the current plant was living on overtime.
The work began at the end of August and there have been times when the heat was not distributed well during the ongoing renovation work, which we also have experienced.
We can already note that electricity consumption has decreased on Spelvägen 1 where the district heating center is installed by 20% in September
We are so far very satisfied with this investment, which cost around SEK 1 million, taken from our own funds, so no new loans have been taken.
