Brf Prinsessan will increase the monthly fee for the apartments by 5% from 1 January 2024. Furthermore, we will increase the fees for parking spaces by SEK 50 per month from 1 January 2024.
The reason is the continued increase in interest and heating costs in 2024. We have have two loans to be converted next year, which we currently have 1.5% on, and they will end up at 4%. Södertörns fjärrvärme AB is raising its rates by 10.9% for 2024.
