Ventilation cleaning

During the recent ventilation inspection, significant amounts of dust and dirt were found in the ventilation ducts. To improve air quality in our properties, we will now clean the ducts. This work will contribute to a healthier and more pleasant indoor environment for everyone!

Dates: Monday, November 25 – December 5

Time: Work will take place between 08:00 and 17:00

The ventilation cleaning will include cleaning of kitchen ducts, other exhaust ventilation systems, and airflow measurement.

To carry out this work, we need access to your apartment.

Please see instructions below for preparation details. It is essential that we have access to your apartment during the scheduled times.

How will we enter your apartment?

Option 1: Place your home key in the tube in the door. (Only the key/keys you wish the door to be locked with. No key rings.)

Option 2: Be home between 08:00 and 17:00 on the scheduled days for your building/address.

Preparations for the visit

• Please remove any spice racks or shelving above the kitchen fan. If the kitchen duct runs through a cabinet, kindly empty the cabinet so the technician can easily access the duct.

• Remove any towels or clothes hanging near exhaust vents due to the potential dust that may be released during cleaning. Dust may occasionally come out from the ducts when we clean from the attic. Please be prepared for this possibility.

• Do you have an exhaust vent in your closet? If so, clear the area around the vent.

• Close all windows and ensure that any window vents are open (if available).

Dust may occasionally come from the exhaust ducts when we clean the main ducts/from the attic. Unfortunately, this cannot be entirely prevented if the ducts are particularly dirty. Please be aware of this.
