On behalf of the board, Akono AB will perform OVK (mandatory ventilation inspection) in all apartments in Brf Prinsessan. This is a legally required service. The schedule is as follows:
Monday 21 Oct: Spelvägen 1
Tuesday 22 Oct: Spelvägen 3
Wednesday 23 Oct: Spelvägen 5
Thursday 24 Oct: Spelvägen 7–13
Friday 25 Oct: Spelvägen 15–21
Time: We work between 08:00 and 17:00
To perform the work, we need access to your apartment.
Failure to provide access will result in a cost of 995 SEK for you.
How will we enter your apartment?
Option 1: Place your home key in the tube in the door. (Only the key/keys you wish the door to be locked with. No key rings.)
Option 2: Be home between 08:00 and 17:00 on the scheduled day for your building.
We ask you to make the following preparations:
- Remove furniture/clothing hanging in front of the ventilation units, see image above. These are in the bathroom, kitchen, and any possible closet.
- Close your windows and keep window vents open if there are vents in the window.
- Dust off the window vents, as dust can negatively affect the airflow.
