In our houses and buildings, there are a number of storage rooms and other rooms in different locations and sizes, ranging from 2 to 65 square meters.
The vast majority are currently rented out, mainly to us members, but some have also been rented out to external tenants, as the condo has concluded it better to get paid, than for the premises to remain empty.
Prices are currently around SEK 250 per square meter per year for members and higher for external tenants. The prices are continuously adjusted with index and the general monetary value.
The board now wants to understand the members' interest in renting rooms and storage facilities. That basis will be used to assess if we should continue to rent to external tenants.
If you as a member are interested in renting a storage room or premises, please contact the condo board by e-mail or by putting a note in the condo's mailbox at the entrance at Spelvägen 3.
